What we collect, and what we don't
Last updated October 5, 2026
The short version
We collect your email address if you sign up for Tomorrow's Call, and a device token if you turn on powder alerts in the app. We use them to send you the things you asked for. We don't sell or share your information with resorts, advertisers or anyone else.
Email list
When you sign up we store your email address, the date, which page you signed up on, and whether you ticked the founding-membership box. Emails are sent through Resend. Every email has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops them immediately. To have your address deleted entirely, email hello@isnowreport.com.
The app
The iSnowReport app works without an account. Favorites and alert preferences are stored on your phone. If you turn on powder alerts, Apple gives us a push token for your device, which we store with your chosen threshold and resorts so we can send the 6am alert. Turning alerts off in the app or in iOS Settings removes the token from our server. The app does not collect your location, contacts, or advertising identifiers.
Website
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for a short period for security and performance. We don't run advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
Where the data comes from
Snow reports are published by each resort and reach us through SnoCountry. Forecasts come from the National Weather Service. We show the source and the report time on every page.
Children
iSnowReport is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes we'll update the date above and, for anything material, say so in the Call. Questions: hello@isnowreport.com.
